Getting to be a big girl

I tried to put Ansley in some of her 3 to 6 month outfits but they didn't quite fit. I pants are HUGE on her and a little long but I know that she will be able to wear them soon. I picked her up after I put them on and they fell down past her little behind. I think that the diaper really helps put some cushion in her bottoms. I couldn't resist putting her in a few different outfits though...and I love the colors on her...well I love anything on her.

Here is Ansley in her sweet outfit

Here she is being so sweet looking at her Daddy

I can't get enough of her

She's just too darn cute

Mike came home from work the other night and was loving with Ansley and I just had to take a picture....which led to several other pictures. Daddy had to put her down so he could change out of his work clothes and Ansley didn't like that. She got a little upset but was okay once Mommy held her. She just loves to be held and that is that. She is so great to snuggle with. She is starting to hold onto our necks when we are holding her and it is so darn cute...I love it.

Go Penn State

Our little family made a trip to see our friends Jane, Wyatt, Julia and Maggie. Jane and Wyatt are some of our best friends and we love their kids like they were our own. Mike had tickets to the Penn State/Ohio State game so we all went to visit with the Morris clan. Ansley went on her second airplane ride and did great again. She really travels so well and I just hope that it continues. It was nice to see familiar faces since we just made the move to Florida. It was nice to just not think about the move and relax a little. This was the first time that Wyatt had seen Ansley so it was nice for him to finally meet her. Julia and Maggie were SO good with Ansley...especially Julia...she really took care of her and was super sweet to her. Here are some pictures from our visit. It was a good trip and Penn State won so that made it even better.

Itsy Bitsy Spider

Well it's our first Halloween and we decided to dress Ansley up as a...spider...a silly spider. I know...I know...for those of you that really know me it is probably a shock. I hate spiders and I never would have thought that I would choose this costume for my sweet baby but I have to say...it is super cute. I put it on her the other day and it was so cute. I felt a little silly getting her a costume cause she probably won't be trick-o-treating...but I had to do it.

She's about the cutest thing I have seen

Sitting up like a big girl

Ansley has been doing such a great job keeping her head up that we tried to sit her up by herself...well...not by completely by herself. We had her on the couch and made sure that we were near by in case she decided to not stay sitting up. She did a great job and it won't be long before she is sitting up on her own.

Almost there...

getting close...

closer...

so close

Cop a squat

Look at these colors...and the toys...and...

We have another contraption for Ansley to sit in and it too will be very useful. We sat her in it the other night and she just looked at everything in amazement. We were eating dinner and decided that she needed to sit with us. I couldn't resist the photo op...

Music to my ears

*Just a warning...before you click "play" to listen to this...you need to go to the bottom of the page and hit the "pause" button on the music so you can hear the video*

Ansley has been "talking" for the past few weeks...but I finally got the opportunity to record it. It is honestly one of the cutest things. We will say something to her, like ask her a question, and she will answer back (well...we like to think she is). The other night...Mike was singing her a song and she was telling him how much she loved it. I just had to share this cause it is TOO cute.

The new pad...at least for now

Well, as many of you know...Mike and I are in Orlando and we just moved into a new house. We are building a house that will not be ready for another 9 months so in the mean time...we are living in our temporary house. It is nice and cozy but not exactly "home" yet. The weather here is awesome right now and we are trying to get unpacked and make the best of it. My mom was here to help and really did a lot to help us get unpacked. I have had a few requests to see the temp house...so here you go!
